Solid Reasons To Buy Real Estate Today!

Solid Reasons To Buy Real Estate Today!

These may be difficult times, however, if you have the resources, now is an excellent time to buy a home.  Many sellers are looking to sell and are offering reduced prices and sometimes even incentives to buyers.   If you are financially qualified  now there may never be a better time to buy.  There are some solid reasons to show why now may be the perfect time for your family to get into the market.

1.  LARGE INVENTORY OF RESALE HOMES;  Since properties are taking a longer time to sell there is a better selection of properties to choose from so that you have a wider range of choices.  Once sellers have had their property on the market for an extended period of time they begin to realize that the market and the home prices have dropped.  The reality of the situation is that buyers can now take advantage of the situation by getting very good prices.

2.  AFFORDABILITY;   Because of market conditions the prices in many areas have dropped and this makes them much more affordable when you compare it to a few years ago. Combined with low interest rates this makes homes even more affordable.  This means that with lower prices and lower interest rates you can now afford a home that you may never have been able to afford in past years.

3.  LAND TRANSFER TAX REFUND;   As a first time home buyer you may be eligible for a Land Transfer Tax Refund of up to $2000.  Your Lawyer will have all the details of this refund available for you.

4.HISTORICALLY LOW INTEREST RATES is just one of the things that make your new home more affordable.  The price of the home and the terms of the mortgage also have an impact on the monthly payments for carrying your new home.

5. HISTORY HAS  PROVEN MANY TIMES that real estate is a good investment over the long haul. Despite these difficult economic times this still remains an excellent time to buy a home instead of paying rent which is actually paying off someone else's investment.
